I just rebuilt my company so I can rebuild your home for what insurance will pay. In late January 2025, after speaking with multiple friends who had lost their homes in West Altadena and looking at first offers from insurance, I saw a massive problem of getting these homes rebuilt for the price insurance is paying.

What I had is the ability to build a high quality home for a fair price, based on a career’s worth of local trusted subcontractors and consultants. I spent a month building a customer service department and partnering with insurance experts specializing in estimating total loss claims. We threw away all our project management, accounting and purchasing systems and rebuilt the company top down using the latest software technologies (and there are some really great ones!). This gives us the best customer service and efficiency.
