Because after talking to neighbors affected by the fires and looking at their insurance claims we spotted a clear and massive problem: the payouts were below what other builders were charging for custom builds–meaning more money out of pocket from people who have been through enough.

Enter Heyday Build. We have the ability to build a high quality home for a fair price, based on a career’s worth of local trusted subcontractors and consultants. We’ve built a customer service department and partnered with insurance experts specializing in estimating total loss claims. We even updated our tech capabilities to best serve you.

With this as our foundation, we created a plan to get you into your new home as soon as possible. Let’s rebuild!
