Project Overview
The E Loma Alta Drive project brought Heyday Build to one of Altadena’s most beloved streets to do what we do best: take a family’s loss and turn it into a home they’re proud to return to. This like-for-like rebuild replaced a fire-damaged single-story residence with a new modern home that honors the original footprint while giving the family the space, comfort, and safety they deserve.
With four bedrooms, a den, and open living areas — all on a single story — this is a home designed for a full life. The existing detached two-car garage was preserved and incorporated into the new design, maintaining continuity with what the family knew while building something entirely new.
